8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Standard Cancellation Policy
If you have already registered for one of our workshops, and you are no longer able to attend the training, our cancellation policy is as follows:
Full refund minus a 3% admin fee up to 2 weeks out of your scheduled training
50% refund after that up to two weeks out from the scheduled date
No refund within two weeks of the training date
An exception will be made for an unexpected illness, and a refund of 50% or a credit to attend an up-coming workshop can be issued

9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi, India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
